At SAS Global Corporation, we engineer reliability. Our manufacturing process adheres to stringent ISO standards, ensuring precise control over every stage of production for all SureAlloy® products.

Unlike other manufacturers, SAS designs and blends all alloy powders used in our SureAlloy plates. We also build the specialized equipment that produces them. This end-to-end control allows us to deliver Premium Carbide Overlay plates with superior physical properties. Take SA1750CR, for example—it thrives in applications where conventional chromium carbide overlay plates fail due to delamination under impact loading stress.

Every SAS SureAlloy chemistry formulation is meticulously blended and tested before production.

Once manufactured, each plate undergoes a rigorous quality inspection—visually checked for consistency, manually verified for flatness, and tested for final chemistry, hardness, and microstructure in our in-house Metallurgical & Quality Assurance Laboratory.
