Manufacturing Highlights & Specifications:

Standard base pipe: Extra heavy-walled A53 Grade B (other alloys available upon request)
Inner diameter range: From 5.5” up to 26” finished ID
Special runs available: Up to 30” ID, depending on wall thickness
Length options:
• 5.5” to 8” ID pipes available in 10' sections
• Pipes up to 40’ lengths based on specification
Cladding configuration: Circumferential weld bead pattern
Bead width: 1/4”
Cladding thickness: Ranges from 1/8” to 1/2” depending on material
Straightness tolerance: 3/8” per 48” of pipe length
